エンタメ議連の立場

昨日に続いて川内博史議員の正々堂々BLOG。本日付のエントリ「一番報告したかったこと」で、エンタメ議連の立場について説明がされている。
どうやら、エンタメ議連と文字･活字文化推進議員連盟は、エンタメ議連が目指す再販制の改正（再販制度が及ぶ範囲を書籍・雑誌・新聞に限ると法律に明記する）について、相互協力をとることを検討しているらしい。で、相互協力できるということについて川内議員は「よっしゃぁー！！」となったわけだ。
版面権については、再販制と二重の保護になってしまうので反対になるだろうとのこと（確定ではない。見通しである）。

んー、やっぱりすっきりしねえな。
いや、エンタメ議連は当面の目標として音楽における再販制度の廃止を目指しているわけで、そのためには文字･活字文化推進議員連盟と連携を取るのが有効な手段なのだろうというのは想像がつくんだけれども、問題はこれが「出版における半ば恒久的な再販制度の是認」と受取られてしまわないかどうかなんだ。
再販制度をも含め、書籍流通全般がもっと柔軟に物事に対応できるような体制というのが、今求められていると思うんだわ（だから再販だけじゃない。再販制度を廃止すればみんなハッピーというわけではない。でも、再販含めもっと柔軟にできたらハッピーになる人は増えるんじゃねえかな）。
もちろん、実際にエンタメ議連に問い合わせたら（やんないけど）おそらくは「これは出版業界が現在の再販制度をとりつづけるということを奨励するものではない」ってな感じの答えが返ってくるとは思うんだわ。
ここで文字・活字議連とぶつかっても得することは無いだろうって判断もわかるんだよ。

でもすっきりしねえもんはしないんだから仕方ない。あー、もう！
